We are ready to work with you on the design for your custom home and make it any easy process to put your new home dreams to paper. Our sister company, Tootle Design, will create your custom set of plans based on your new home dreams.
A brief summary of the design process is listed below.

  • Initial design consultation
  • We will create a complimentary proposal consisting of a preliminary floor plan and front elevation
  • If you are pleased with the proposal and are ready to move forward with the design, we will begin production of the construction plans based on our design fee
